Introducing The To Kalon Project -- the new
multi-level, gravity-flow winemaking addition
to the Robert Mondavi Winery, named after its historic vineyard. Every element of the project, from the special grape elevators to the 56 French oak fermentation tanks to the underground oak aging barrels, honors centuries-old artisan winemaking techniques. And gently preserves the unique terroir of some of Napa Valley's most renowned vineyards.
